Due To The Need For A Comprehensive Understanding And The Exploratory Nature Of The Research, A Qualitative Method Is Considered More Fitting Than A Quantitative Approach. This Study Will Be Conducted In Malaysia, From May 2024 Until Data Saturation Is Achieved. Several FGDs Will Be Conducted, Involving Individuals With An Experience Of Encountering People Who Have Expressed Suicidal Intentions. During The FGD, Their Experiences In Such Encounters Will Be Explored, Along With Their Perspectives On Asking Direct Questions And Discussing The Perceived Appropriate Approaches To Engage In Conversations About Suicidal Disclosure. FGDs Will Be Conducted By A Moderator, Guided By A Semi-structured Interview Guide.
